Cat is a coach, facilitator, motivator and presenter with a zest for life and a passion for empowering people, especially women. Cat uses a multi-faceted approach to support women to achieve their goals and live their dreams, with balance and life purpose.

With over thirteen years of training and development experience in small business management, leadership development and the personal development industry, Cat brings extensive knowledge and skills to coaching and training. She holds her Masters of Business Administration (Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Marketing) and Diplomas in Small Business Management and Training and Development. She has also been trained in Neuro-linguistic programming, Transactional Analysis, personality styles analysis and personal communication styles.
